Doppelherz aktiv Mama helps to supplement the diet with nutrients necessary during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It provides a set of ingredients recommended for use in pregnancy: DHA, folic acid, iron, iodine, magnesium and zinc. The kit includes 6 packages of a dietary supplement. Properties of the Doppelherz aktiv Mama supplement: During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the need for certain vitamins, minerals and DHA fatty acid increases significantly (even by 50% -100%). This is due to the fact that the female body must additionally nourish the developing baby. Unfortunately, the consumption of some of these ingredients by pregnant women is too low: for example, the average consumption of sea fish in Poland covers only half of the recommended consumption.
