Take 1 tablet + 1 capsule once a day, preferably during the main meal. Drink plenty of water.

Ingredients

Tablets: Microcrystalline cellulose filler, calcium L-ascorbate, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, maltodextrin filler and modified corn starch, nicotinamide, polishing agent hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, calcium D-pantothenan, biotin, titanium dioxide dye, cyanocobalamin, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, potassium iodide, riboflavin, thiamin mononitrate, humectant glycerol, calcium-L-methylfolate, folic acid, cholecalciferol, color iron oxide.

Capsules: Concentrated fish oil rich in docosahexaenoic acid, fish gelatin, humectant glycerol, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate.
