Claritin tablets relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (such as hay fever), such as:
sneezing
discharge or itching in the nose
burning or itching in the eyes
Claritin can also be used to relieve the symptoms of hives (itching, redness, and to reduce the number and size of hives).
Claritin’s effect lasts throughout the day and promotes normal daily activities and sleep.
Used in adults and children over 6 years old, with a body weight of more than 30 kg.
Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
Adults and children over 6 years of age weighing more than 30 kg – one tablet once a day with a glass of water, regardless of food.

Claritin 10 mg tablets are not suitable for children under 6 years of age or weighing less than 30 kg.
For children under 6 years of age, Claritin is available in syrup form.
Claritin is not recommended for use in children under 2 years of age.
