Uploading (downloading) the set to the Relaxman AVS device is very simple (download instructions are included with this Set). You copy all the data in the usual way from the CD to your PC and from the PC to the Relaxman, which you connect to the PC with the included USB cable.

Note: The programs are not separated in directories on the CD (Music, Frequency, Total programs), but are arranged all at once (the CD does not allow you to create directories). However, before transferring programs to Relaxman, you can create any directories (folders) on your computer, sort programs into them, and then copy the entire directories to Relaxman (Relaxman can work with directories).
