Puhdistamo Triple Magnesium 120

Puhdistamo Triple Magnesium contains three organically/chelated forms of magnesium: magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. In these forms, magnesium is bound with a second substance (malic acid, L-glycine or L-taurine, the same type of bond that occurs naturally in nature = chelate (organic bond). This makes it more usable for the body, on the order of tens of percent more than for inorganic bonds (oxides).
