Combine iron and folic acid intake
The combination of iron and folic acid can be found in the Floradix iron folic acid tablets from Salus. They serve to supply readily available divalent iron and cover the daily need for folic acid. They also contain other B vitamins and vitamin C for better iron absorption.
Floradix iron folic acid tablets are free of titanium dioxide, preservatives, lactose and gluten and are vegan.
Recommended consumption
2 tablets daily with sufficient liquid
It is recommended to take the tablets whole half an hour before a meal.
It should be taken over a period of 4 – 8 weeks.
If possible, it should not be consumed together with coffee or black or green tea, as the tannins they contain can impair the absorption of iron.
