Active ingredients: organic calcium salts (gluconolactobionate and lactobionate).
100 ml contains: Calcii glubionas anhydricus 29.4 g (calcium gluconolactobionate anhydrous), Calcii Lactobionas dihydricus 6.4 g (calcium lactobionate dihydrate), which corresponds to 2.31 g of calcium ions.
5 ml of syrup contains 115.6 mg of calcium ions.
Excipients: sucrose, sodium benzoate (E 211), citric acid monohydrate (E 330), raspberry flavor, purified water.
Dosage:

HASKO calcium is intended for oral use. The syrup should be dosed using the measuring cup included with the package.
Adults: 15 ml 2 or 3 times a day.
Children under 6 years old: 5 ml 2 or 3 times a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 ml 2 or 3 times a day.

Calcium is a building block of the skeleton and is essential for many physiological processes, including blood clotting, muscle contractility and nerve conduction. Calcium ions reduce the permeability of vascular walls, providing anti-exudation and anti-edematous effects.
Indications
Indications for use of HASCO Calcium are the prevention and replenishment of calcium deficiency in the body, for example during pregnancy or breastfeeding, the treatment of osteoporosis and the support of the treatment of allergy symptoms.
Contraindications
When not to use HASCO Calcium:
if you are allergic to the active substances or any other ingredients of the drug,
if you have elevated calcium levels in your blood (hypercalcemia, for example in patients with overactive parathyroid glands, severe renal failure, vitamin D overdose),
with increased excretion of calcium in the urine (hypercalciuria),
in case of severe renal failure,
for kidney stones,
with atrioventricular block.
Side effects:
Like all medicines, this medicine may cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Rare side effects:
gastrointestinal disorders (constipation, diarrhea). Increased calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia, accompanied by nausea, abdominal pain, bone pain, muscle weakness) can occur mainly in people with impaired renal function.
Warnings and Precautions
The drug should be used with caution in people with renal failure and taking high doses of vitamin D.

Taking other medications
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or plan to take any other medicines.
HASCO Calcium may interact with:
some heart medications (digitalis glycosides or calcium channel blockers) can cause serious cardiac dysfunction (at high doses of calcium),
some antibiotics (tetracyclines) and quinolones, levothyroxine, nitrofurantoin, bisphosphonates, chlorpromazine, penicillamine, anti-clotting drugs and fluoride compounds. It is recommended to maintain a three-hour interval between taking HASKO Calcium syrup and the above medications.
Thiazide diuretics reduce calcium excretion, and vitamin D increases calcium absorption.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug can be used during pregnancy or lactation under medical supervision.
Driving and using cars
The drug does not affect the ability to drive a car or operate machinery.
