Lomexin 600 mg vaginal capsules is a synthetic antifungal drug belonging to the pharmacological class of imidazoles. This drug is indicated for the topical treatment of genital candidiasis (conditions caused by microscopic fungi), superinfected or not with gram-negative bacteria.
Practical tips:

For Candidiasis, the toilet must be performed with soap with a neutral or alkaline pH.
In gynecology, treatment will be accompanied by hygiene recommendations (wearing cotton underwear, avoiding douching, etc.) and, if possible, eliminating favorable factors. Do not stop treatment during menstruation.
For the treatment of vulvar or perianal mycosis, it is recommended to combine milk or an antifungal cream applied topically with vaginal capsules.
