How to use essential oils in aromatherapy:
Aroma lamps: add 3-8 drops of essential oil to hot water heated by a burning candle.
Bath: Mix 5-10 drops of essential oil with oil or milk and pour it into a bath at about 37°C. Enjoy a harmonizing bath for about 15 minutes.
Massage: Mix essential oil with some vegetable oils (almond, sunflower, apricot…) in a ratio of 1-5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Please note: essential oils are extremely concentrated and must be diluted. High concentrations may cause headaches or skin rashes. Before the massage, we recommend applying 1-2 drops of essential oil to an area of the skin, such as the forearm, where the skin is most sensitive.
