Technical data: Specially designed elastic tape measuring 2.5 cm x 5 m, made from a mixture of 85% special cotton and 15% Spandex elastic material, for use in kinesiology taping.
Narrower tapes are used for curves – such as around knees, elbows, etc., where wide tape is difficult to apply.

They are also used when taping narrower parts of the body – for example, the wrist or for local boils of a smaller scale.
