DOSAGE
Adults, including the elderly (over 65 years of age): 50 mg per kg of body weight per day, usually 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Children over 1 year of age: the recommended dose is 50 mg per kg of body weight in several divided doses.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
