Recommended use
Stir 1 slightly heaped teaspoon or measuring spoon (5 g) of AllMax Glutamine into water or juice once daily. For training sessions and sporting events, take AllMax Glutamine approximately 30 minutes before training and immediately after training to prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue and support muscle recovery. For non-training times, stir 1 slightly heaped teaspoon or measuring spoon (5 g) of AllMax Glutamine into water or juice approx. 45 to 60 minutes before meals.
