ALMASED vital food plants K powder, 500 g

Preparation: If you want to lose weight, replace two meals a day with an Almased shake.
50 g of Almased powder are dissolved in 200 ml of water. Please add 2 teaspoons (6 g) of vegetable oil with lots of unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed, soya or walnut oil). Following the preparation instructions is required as Almased is not a complete food.
Sufficient daily fluid intake must be ensured.
