ALMASED vital food sachets, 10X50 g

If you want to replace a full meal, take 50 g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Alamsed and 2 teaspoons (6 g) of vegetable oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids (eg rapeseed, soy or walnut oil) in 200 ml of water. Following the preparation instructions is required as Almased is not a complete food.
