Recommended dosage:
Shake vigorously before use. To release the drops, tilt the bottle upside down; the drop will slowly form. Drops can be given on a teaspoon or when added to milk, water or other beverages. Do not add to hot foods or drinks, as live bacteria can be destroyed. Biogaia drops do not change the taste of food or drink.
Five drops a day. One dose contains a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri Protectis ® bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
