When cleansing (detoxifying) the organism, 1-2 capsules 2 times a day for 1 month. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water. For children from 3 years half dose.
In the case of intestinal discomfort, the dosage and duration of use is individual. In case of excessive flatulence (with signs of diarrhoea), adults can take 1-5 capsules several times a day (children half the dose), always with a sufficient amount of water.
