COTYLENA is a broad-spectrum antimycotic (medicine to treat mycoses/fungi or yeast infections/infections) for use in adults and children aged 2 years and older.
COTYLENA is used to treat infections of the skin and mucous membranes caused by yeast, fungi and some bacteria.

Fungal diseases (dermatomycosis), which most often occur in easily inflamed areas (in the folds of the skin): between the toes (tinea pedis), in the groin area (tinea inguinalis), on the torso (tinea corporis), on the hands (tinea pedis). manuum). They manifest themselves as redness, itching, sometimes flaking of the skin or even painful cracks in the skin.
Tinea versicolor – usually appears as scaly, non-itchy patches on the chest or back.
Erythrasma – manifests itself as brownish-red, slightly scaly, sharply defined, non-itching spots or spots in the area of skin folds or between the fingers.
Inflammation of the external genitalia in women (vulvitis) – manifested by itching, redness, burning, swelling or soreness of the external genitalia.
Inflammation of the glans penis in men (balanitis) – manifested by redness and itching of the glans and foreskin or foul-smelling discharge from the foreskin.
If you do not feel better within 7 days (for vulvar inflammation) or within 14 days (for skin infection), or if your symptoms worsen, you should contact your doctor.

The most common causes of acute inflammation of the external genitalia include antibiotic treatment, diabetes mellitus, excessive consumption of sweets, swimming in contaminated water, taking hormonal contraceptives with high doses of estrogen, and inappropriate (tight and non-breathable) underwear.

Application and dosage:
Before each use of the cream, the affected area must be thoroughly rinsed and dried.
Yeast skin infections:
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, COTILEN should be applied in a thin layer to the affected areas 2-3 times a day (usually about half a centimeter of cream per palm-sized area is sufficient).
For fungal infections, symptoms may improve quickly, but treatment should be continued for about 2 weeks after all signs of the disease have disappeared to prevent relapse.
The usual duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks for fungal skin diseases (dermatomycosis), 2-4 weeks for erythrasma and up to 3 weeks for lichen versicolor.
Seek medical attention if symptoms do not improve after 14 days of treatment or if symptoms worsen.
Do not use the product for more than 4 weeks without consulting a doctor.
Inflammation of the external genitalia in women and inflammation of the glans penis in men.
