Nettle has diuretic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Nettle root can be used internally as an infusion or extract to improve the functioning of the urinary and nervous systems, strengthen the body and cleanse the body of toxins. Nettle is also recommended for skin problems such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.
Suggested preparation method:
Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb and steep for approx. 15-20 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 times a day.
After cooling, the infusion can also be used as a hair rinse.
