Recommended use
Capsules: 1-2 capsules per day, preferably between meals. Drink plenty of water. Half the dose for children.
Term of use
When cleansing (detoxifying) the body, 1-2 capsules 2 times a day for 1 month. With intestinal discomfort, the dosage and duration of use are individual. With increased flatulence (with signs of diarrhea), adults can take 1-4 capsules (1-2 teaspoons of powder) several times a day (half a dose for children), with a sufficient amount of water. In case of frequent and recurring diarrhea, consult a doctor.
