Compound
The active substance is diclofenac sodium.
One gram of gel contains 10 mg of diclofenac sodium.
Other Ingredients: Sodium hydroxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose, carbomer, propylene glycol, medium chain triglycerides, propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218) and purified water.
Dosage
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: Apply Diclotica gel in thin layers on painful areas 3-4 times a day, depending on the need, from 2 g to 4 g of the drug, which corresponds approximately to 2.0-2.5 cm and is sufficient for lubrication of surfaces from 400 cm2 to 800 cm2.
The duration of treatment depends on the indication and response to treatment.
If the drug is used without consulting a doctor, then it should not be used for more than 14 days for post-traumatic inflammation and soft tissue rheumatism and no longer than 4 weeks for osteoarthritis.
You should consult a doctor after 7 days of treatment if treatment is ineffective or symptoms worsen.

Diclotica is used for topical treatment:
Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age:
post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints (for example, as a result of sprains, strains, or bruises)
backache
limited soft tissue inflammation such as tendonitis, tennis elbow, bursitis, periarthritis.
Adults (over 18):
limited and mild forms of osteoarthritis
