Dimex syrup is a combination drug with a pronounced antitussive effect.
Used for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract to relieve irritating and spasmodic cough.
Dosage and method of administration
Recommended dosage:
Adults and children over 14 years of age: 5–10 ml 3–4 times a day;
Children from 9 to 14 years old: 5 ml 3-4 times a day;
Children from 6 to 8 years old: 2.5–5 ml 3–4 times a day.
The syrup is taken orally.
Contraindications
Read the instructions for the medicine carefully!
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitivity) to the active substance and/or any of the excipients.
Do not use Dimex if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The syrup is not recommended for children under 6 years of age!
During treatment with the drug, you should not drink alcohol.
This medicinal product contains 7.68% ethanol (alcohol) by volume.
Dimex syrup contains sucrose. If your doctor has told you that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, ask your doctor before taking this product.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ammonium chloride.

5 ml of syrup contains 9.96 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 99.6 mg of ammonium chloride.
Excipients
Ethanol 96%, sucrose, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, levomenthol, sodium citrate 2H20, citric acid monohydrate, glycerin, liquid essence “Raspberry”, purified water.
