Due to the recommended temperatures and heat resistance of the material, there is no risk of harm to the patient or medical personnel when used correctly. Recommended temperatures are within acceptable values for living tissue. It is advisable to apply the compress for 20 minutes, then for about 30 minutes. wait before next use. Before applying the compress to the skin, we recommend covering it with a textile scarf. You can increase the efficiency of heat or cold by wrapping it, for example, in another layer of textile.
