The active ingredient in ECHINACEA-ratiopharm 100mg (pack size: 50 pieces) is Echinacea purpurea, also known as coneflower. Contraindications
If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients listed above, the product should not be used. This product is not recommended for: tuberculosis, leukemia, rheumatic diseases or autoimmune diseases (eg HIV infections).
dosage
You should take 1 tablet 3 to 4 times a day. You can suck, chew or take the tablets with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water) with or without food.

• For use in respiratory infections:

• In allergic patients there may be an increased risk of anaphylactic shock. First ask your doctor whether you can use the preparation.
• children
• There are no adequate studies on the use of the preparation in children under the age of 6 years. It should therefore not be used in children under 6 years of age.

• There are no special precautions required.
