It is especially recommended for people with an increased risk of caries, for example: patients with orthodontic appliances, bridges or partial dentures. How to use: Apply 1 cm of elmex gel to your toothbrush and brush your teeth like a paste for 1-2 minutes once a week.After brushing, all gel residues should be spat out of the mouth and do not rinse with water. Children aged 6 to 8 years should not swallow the gel during brushing, and after it is finished, rinse the mouth slightly with water.
