Storage:
active substance: benzydamine hydrochloride;
1 ml of spray for the oral cavity contains 1.5 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride;
auxiliary substances: saccharin, sodium bicarbonate, polysorbate 20, mint flavor, methylparaben (E 218), glycerin, ethanol 96%, purified water.

Indication.
Symptomatic treatment:
– irritations and inflammations of the oropharynx;
– pain caused by gingivitis, stomatitis, pharyngitis;
– in dentistry after tooth extraction or for preventive purposes.
Contraindication.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions.
No interaction studies were conducted.
Method of application and dosage.
Before use, it is necessary to install a spraying device.
When pressing on the atomizing device, a spray is formed, which contains 1 dose – 0.17 ml, which corresponds to 0.255 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride.
Dosage.
Adults: 4-8 sprays 2-6 times a day.
Children (6-12 years): 4 sprays 2-6 times a day.
Children (4-6 years): 1 spray for every 4 kg of body weight, up to a maximum dose equivalent to 4 sprays, 2-6 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Children.
The drug can be used by children aged 4 years and older.
Overdose.
There have been no reports of benzydamine overdose when applied topically.
With accidental internal use of a large amount of benzydamine (> 300 mg), especially in children, poisoning is possible. Characteristic signs of overdose after internal use are gastroenterological symptoms (most often nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, irritation of the esophagus) and symptoms from the central nervous system (possible dizziness, hallucinations, agitation, convulsions, tremors, increased sweating, ataxia, anxiety and irritability ).
Such an acute overdose requires immediate gastric lavage, treatment of water-electrolyte balance disorders and symptomatic treatment, adequate hydration.
Expiration date.
3 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Storage conditions.
Store at a temperature not higher than 25 °C. Keep out of the reach of children.
