FOLIO iodine 2 tablets, 90 pcs

Folio®, with 400 micrograms of folic acid from the 13th week of pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding, delivers the ideal amount of folic acid if Folio®Forte (800 microgram folic acid) was used. You need vitamin in particular, as it plays an important role for all cell division and cell growth processes.

In the Folio® tablets, folic acid is combined with 10 micrograms of vitamin B12. This has a very specific reason: folic acid can only develop their full effect in the presence of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is therefore also referred to as the “helper vitamin” of folic acid.

The vitamin D3 is important for building your child’s skeleton and immune system. In addition, a good supply of this vitamin helps to reduce the risks of certain pregnancy complications.

Note for vegans: Vitamin D3 is obtained from sheep’s wool and then cleaned up so high that there are no more animal components in the tablets.

Last but not least, Folio® 150 micrograms iodine – an important mineral for functioning the thyroid hormones. These hormones control the physical maturation and development of the organs, the nervous system, the brain, muscles and the skeletal system. They also contribute significantly to the training of intelligence.

If you are not allowed to record additional iodine for medical reasons, but do not want to do without sufficiently high folic acid intake, Folio® iodine -free is suitable for you.
