Recommendation for use of H&S tea filter bags (pack size: 20X2.5 g) :
Unless otherwise prescribed, one cup of the tea infusion is drunk 3 to 4 times a day.
1 filter bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over it and leave covered for about 10-15 minutes. Take out the filter bag and gently squeeze out.
Important note: Always pour boiling water over it and let it steep according to the preparation recommendation (see above). This is the only way to get safe food.
