Dosage:
1. adults and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 capsules per day
2. children aged 4 to 12 years: 1 capsule per day.
It is not recommended to exceed the indicated doses without consulting a doctor or therapist. Pharmepa Restore should be taken with food for optimal absorption. In the case of simultaneous use of blood thinners and in the case of pregnant women and nursing mothers, medical consultation is recommended. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a varied diet.
