Size A is suitable for women with a lower cervix, size B for those with a higher cervix. The rule of thumb is: a well-established Ziggy Cup™ should not feel at all. If you have experience with the first generation Ziggy Cup – which corresponds to the current size B – and register discomfort or other problems, you may need a smaller size.
