How does Polybactum® work?

Polybactum® contains polycarbophil (a mucoadhesive substance) and lauryl glucoside. Polybactum® vaginal suppositories (ovules) are formulated to adhere to the vaginal wall and form a protective barrier. The pH value is also reduced and the proliferation of bacteria is reduced. This protects the vaginal mucosa from infections
