Dosage and method of use
Recommended dose: for adults is 2-4 capsules per day before or during meals, for children from 3 years of age 1-2 capsules per day before or during meals.

Ingredients
Maltrodextrin (filler), vegetable capsule (hypromellose), live probiotic cultures (Lactobacillus acidophilus 5%, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 95%), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
