Adults usually take 6 tablets a day.
Children from 6 years of age (20 kg body weight) can take 4 to 6 tablets a day.
It is advisable to divide the daily dose into 2 to 3 partial doses and take them preferably in the morning, at noon and in the evening, if possible during meals. The tablets are swallowed whole and washed down with a large glass of water. If the symptoms of magnesium deficiency do not improve within one month of starting the product, it is not beneficial to continue the treatment.
Pregnant women should use the product only on the recommendation of a doctor, but the daily dose should not exceed 2 tablets.
