This medicine contains magnesium.
A combination of some of the following symptoms may indicate a magnesium deficiency:

nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances,
signs of anxiety such as digestive cramps or palpitations (healthy heart),
muscle cramps, tingling.
Taking magnesium may improve these symptoms.
If these symptoms do not improve after a month of treatment, you should not continue.
