It serves as a reusable cooling or warming compress. Suitable for nausea, fainting, burns, pain in soft tissues and muscles, bruises and minor injuries. It will help soothe post-operative wounds and reduce swelling. Reusable hot or cold gel sachet remains soft and pliable even after freezing. Easy to clean with soap and water.
Use:
Cooling compress: Place the bag in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Warm compress: Place the bag in boiling water for 5 minutes or in a 650 W microwave for 1 minute.
Before applying to the skin, we recommend wrapping the bag with a cloth to avoid burns and frostbite to the skin.
The bag can be alternately cooled and heated many times.
