It is a form of vitamin B12 that does not occur naturally in the body. Cyanocobalamin is a product of bacterial metabolism and is soluble in water. This form of vitamin B12 is quickly converted into active forms in the body. It is a cofactor of important enzymes in the body. It is involved in the process of cell division. Natural sources of vitamin B12 are meat, cod, dairy products, eggs.

Dosage 1 drop per teaspoon per day, between meals. Consult a doctor about the dosage for children.
