The drug is used as a maintenance treatment for diseases affecting the peripheral nervous system (for example, chronic alcoholism, protective reaction of the facial nerve, damage to the trigeminal nerve, radicular syndromes, waist paralysis, etc.). Center B is also used for conditions with an increased need for vitamins.
Pharmaceutical form
Elongated soft gelatin sachets, longitudinally differentiated by color, one side pink, the other creamy white, containing a pink paste with a vanilla aroma, longitudinally differentiated by color, one side pink, the other creamy white, containing a pink paste with a vanilla aroma.
Drug substance and its quantity
Medicinal substances: benfotiamine 40 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 90 mg, cyanocobalamin 0.25 mg in one capsule.
Excipients: solid fat, purified rapeseed oil, soy lecithin, ethyl vanillin, calcium hydrogen phosphate, gelatin, glycerin 85%, sorbitol, titanium dioxide (E 171), red iron oxide (E 172).
How to use
Recommended dose
1 discarded tablet 3 times a day.
In mild cases or those recovering, 1-2 tablets dripped to the bottom are sufficient.
The film-coated tablets are swallowed whole, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid.
Important Note

If you suffer from psoriasis (psoriasis), you can use Milgamma N only after consulting your doctor, since vitamin B12 can worsen skin manifestations.
The drug should not be used in cases of oncological diseases.
Do not take Milgamma N.

Milgamma N contains sorbitol.
