Behind the quality of Möller’s is more than 160 years of experience in processing fresh ingredients from the sea and a fine-tuned, strictly controlled production process over the years. Mollers fish oil is obtained from the liver of wild cod caught in the northern area of the clear Norwegian Sea near the Lofoten Islands. Fishing takes place according to the principles of sustainable fishing from small fishing boats in the main fishing season from February to May. Thanks to processing plants located along the Lofoten coast, fish oil is extracted from freshly caught cod the next day at the latest.
