The pillow is filled with soft gel, thus remaining permanently flexible, easily adapting to the relief of muscles and joints. It can be cooled in the fridge or freezer, for warming therapy it can be heated briefly in hot water or even in a microwave oven. When applying, always follow the instructions for cooling/warming therapy – in the case of cooling therapy, it is not at all advisable to apply the pad directly to the skin, there is a certain risk of local frostbite, use an intermediate layer!
