The medicinal substances are: mepyramine maleate ( Mepyramini maleas ) and phenylephrine hydrochloride ( Phenylephrini hydrochloridum ).
1 ml nasal spray contains 1.5 mg of mepyramine maleate and 2.5 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride.
One spray dose contains 0.15 mg of mepyramine maleate and 0.25 mg of phenylephrine hydrochloride.

• Envil Rhinitis is administered intranasally.
• The drug should not be used for more than 3 days a day.
Children under 6 years and adults: apply 2 sprays in each nostril every 4 to 6 hours.
