Dosage and method of administration
To protect against allergens, spray 2-3 times a day.
Blow your nose, shake the bottle well, open the cap and spray a small amount into the air (for first use).
Carefully place the nozzle at the beginning of the nostril and gently spray first into one nostril, then into the other and inhale gently.
After each blowing of your nose, spray the product to provide a protective barrier on the nasal mucosa.
