FOR USE Before first use, press down the spray pump 3-4 times. Shake the bottle well before use.
Spray one spray dose under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek.
Replace the cap after use and store the bottle upright. If the product is not used for long periods, the nozzle may become clogged. If so, rinse it under warm water to remove the blockage.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults : One spray per day.
The dose provides 75μg (3000 IU)* of vitamin D3.
