The appropriate individual dose is the lowest dose necessary to obtain a soft stool. Pour 3/4 measuring spoon (1.4 g) of herbs with 1 cup of cold water, cover and bring to a boil. After about 15 minutes, strain. Drink the prepared decoction in the evening, after eating (from 2/3 to the entire prepared decoction). The laxative effect occurs on average after 6 – 10 hours. It is not recommended to use the preparation for longer than 7-10 days.
