Glutamine is considered a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning that under certain circumstances the body requires more glutamine than it can produce. In the body, glutamine works as an important, critical nitrogen carrier for maintaining a healthy nitrogen balance. Glutamine also acts as the most important nutrient for the rapid cell growth of the immune system and the digestive tract.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals.

Bovine gelatin (capsule), cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
