Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Children 6 to 9 years old (20 to 30 kg): 1 tablet 200 mg. If necessary, 1 tablet every 6 hours. Do not exceed 3 tablets/day (600 mg).

Children 9 to 12 years old (30 to 40 kg): 1 tablet 200 mg. If necessary, 1 tablet every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets/day (800 mg).

Adults and children over 12 years old: Initial dose – 2 tablets, then, if necessary, 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours. The tablets should be taken with water. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day.

There should be a four-hour interval between doses. The drug should not be used in patients weighing less than 20 kg. People with gastrointestinal complaints are advised to take the drug with meals.
