Dosage
Adults: 1-2 capsules 3 times a day, one hour before meals.
Swallow the capsule whole with at least 1 glass of water.
Effective dosage may vary from person to person and may vary from 1 to 2 capsules per dose up to a maximum dose of 6 capsules per day.
The dose can be increased every 3 days by 1 capsule per meal until the feeling of hunger between meals is significantly reduced.
