Octeangine tablets are intended for short-term additional treatment for inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat, which may be accompanied by typical symptoms of pain, redness and swelling. Contains the active substance octenidine dihydrochloride, which is an antiseptic that acts against pathogens. Suitable for adults and teenagers over 12 years old. Available in a package of 20 lozenges.
Dosage and method of administration
Unless otherwise directed, adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older should allow one lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 lozenges. Directions for use: Allow the lozenges to dissolve slowly in the mouth (administration through the mucous membrane).
