To create GOLD STANDARD 100% ISOLATE™, we first select only the highest quality whey protein, which undergoes a series of sophisticated filtration processes to “isolate” excess fat, cholesterol and sugar. Some of this whey protein isolate is then hydrolyzed and broken down into smaller amino acid chains for easier digestion. The final product is a quickly digestible complete protein with no more than 1 gram of carbohydrates, 0.5 gram of fat and more than 80% pure protein per serving.
