Hormone-free contraceptive method with no side effects and 94% reliability.(1) Persona consists of a convenient monitor and simple urine tests. In each cycle, you need to do 8 tests (16 tests only in the first cycle) to detect changes in the levels of 2 main hormones – estrogen and luteinizing hormone – to find out if you can have unprotected sex (green days) or not at risk of pregnancy (red days).

Contraindications
The product should not be used if hypersensitivity to any of the above ingredients is known.

Recommended use of Persona test sticks (pack size: 16 pieces) :

Before using Persona, you must make sure it is the right birth control method for you. The persona is suitable for couples in a committed relationship. You cannot use Persona if: your cycles are shorter than 23 days or longer than 35 days (you determine the length of your cycle by counting the number of days from the first day of your period to the day before your next period); if you have already had menopausal symptoms such as night sweats or hot flashes; if you are breastfeeding; if you are undergoing hormonal treatment, such as the use of hormonal contraceptives, fertility treatment and hormone replacement therapy; if you are undergoing any other treatment that may affect your cycle; if you are taking antibiotics with tetracyclines (at the end of treatment, you can start using Persona at the beginning of the next cycle); if you have impaired liver or kidney function; if you suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); if you do not want to get pregnant under any circumstances. Persona does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (STIs) or HIV. You may not use Persona immediately if you have recently: breast-fed, used hormonal contraceptives, or were undergoing any hormonal treatment; if you feel it might affect your cycle; if you were pregnant (even if the pregnancy was not full term). After pregnancy or once you have completely stopped breastfeeding or taking hormonal contraceptives or other treatments that affect your menstrual cycle, you should wait for at least 2 natural consecutive menstrual cycles. Both of these cycles were to be 23 to 35 days long. You can then start applying Persona in the third loop. Persona is an in vitro diagnostic medical device for home use. Not for internal use. Store at room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children. Use test strips only once. Do not use this if the foil is damaged. Also, do not use expired test sticks. Test sticks can only be used with Persona Monitor. The personal monitor is not included. Read instructions before use.
