The usual dose of the preparation is one vaginal globule before each intercourse.
Use a new globule before each intercourse, regardless of the period of the menstrual cycle.
Remove the globule from the protective packaging.
About 5 minutes before intercourse, insert the globule deep into the vagina (insertion is best done in a supine position).
