Dosage and method of administration
For premenstrual syndrome /PMS/ – 4 caps. daily 5-10 days before the cycle. The rest of the time, one or two capsules are enough.

For menopause – 2 capsules provide the necessary 100 mg of GLA to maintain hormonal balance in the body.

For eczema, acne, dermatitis, dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin – in severe conditions – 4 caps. daily. For better effect, the affected areas can be treated externally with oil from the capsule. For milder conditions and to maintain beautiful skin – 1-2 caps. enough.

Allergies – to control initial symptoms, 4 capsules per day. For maintenance therapy – 1-2 capsules per day.

Reproductive problems – 4 capsules per day with liquid. Prim oil should only be taken from menstruation until ovulation. It is interrupted and taken again on the first day of the next menstruation.

Contraindications
If you are being treated with any of the following medications, you should not use Prim Oil.
Phenotisines – Those taking the phenothiazine class (such as chlorpromazine, fluphenazine, perphenazine, promazine, and thioridazine) to treat schizophrenia should not take evening primrose as there is a risk of seizures if the interaction occurs.
Other possible interactions include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents, and herbs.
Although extremely rare, some side effects such as nausea, stomach pain, upset stomach or headache may occur.
Omega-6 fatty acids should not be used for epilepsy or single epileptic seizures as they may precipitate them.
Do not take if you have blood problems.
The product is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

One capsule contains evening primrose oil (linoleic acid 375 mg, gamma-linolenic acid 50 mg), vitamin E (d-alphatocopherol) 3.64 mg.
